About Iglika

Soft sunrise over calm water

Hi, I’m Iglika — a London‑based yoga teacher, mum, and long‑time small‑business owner. After 22+ years at a desk, my shoulders were tight and my mind was always “on.” Yoga brought me back to myself — steadier breath, kinder movement, and a rhythm my body could trust. I trained in Ubud (RYT‑200) and now teach the way I love to practise: slow, clear and genuinely welcoming to beginners.

In class we tune in to sensation and breath so your energy can settle where it needs to and lift where it helps. Expect consent‑based hands‑on options (only if you want them), grounding holds, and simple flows that feel good in real bodies. I offer choices for every shape and day, with a posture‑supportive focus on shoulders, hips and back.

My mission is to make yoga truly accessible — whatever your age, flexibility or experience — and to leave you more connected: to your breath, your body and the quiet, kind energy beneath the noise.
